Founder & Head Physician
Dr. Tony Rogers
Most people call him Doc Tony. For twenty-three years he cared for patients at a county practice: people living with addiction, depression and anxiety, the weight of trauma, and the conditions we file under “syndromes” when we don't yet know the cause.
One Tree Medical grew out of that work. The tools to do more for those patients finally exist. This practice is built to put them to use.

Why One Tree Medical exists
Two things are changing medicine right now: what we can read in a person's biology, and what artificial intelligence can do with it. One Tree Medical's clinical systems are built on those tools today. Not waiting for them to become standard, because the patients it serves can't afford to wait.
The point isn't the technology. It's what it frees a doctor to do: spend more time with you, catch what gets missed, and treat the whole person. The door is open to the patients and physicians who want to build that kind of care.
How care works here
What you can expect
Your notes are written to be understood, not coded. The reasoning behind every decision is in plain language, so you can read your own chart, question it, and carry it forward to anyone else you see. Suffering doesn't belong in the background of a record. What you're living with belongs on the page, in words that mean something.
The goal isn't to manage conditions. It's to build something. You are not a victim of your health. You are the one building the next chapter of it. This practice is here to work alongside that with everything medicine and intelligence can offer.
“I want to actually see the person in front of me. Your suffering matters to me, and it belongs in your chart, not buried under a billing code.”
Technology is here to make care more human, not less. If it ever does the opposite, it's being used wrong.
Doc Tony also works with emerging therapies for the mind through One Tree Institute, the nonprofit mission One Tree Medical serves as the clinical arm of.
